Due to generous battery draining in my A30s, 4 days ago i reset my phone completely but still i am facing same problem, battery draining rapidly nót stop still..
But there is another problem rise..
My device care app won't show that my battery will how long last...
It always show "learning usage pattern"..
I already send error feedback but it doesn't work, customer care send me same robotic answer which they already sent 15 days ago when i already raise this issue...

wait for next update brother all mobile faced battery drain issue also send feedback to samsung via member app

ok if the issue with device care
then long press on icon>app info>storage >clear cache and data
go back once click on force stop
restart your device and then go to device care

so as of now only one option take all backup of ur data through smart switch and reset/format your device

wait for 2 or 3 days you will see battery usage. it is showing Learning usage pattern because you recently reset your device and your device now Learning how much you use your mobile.
