battery drain

I have A71 Samsung mobile in which i face suddenly battery draining problem. My phon show 15% to 20% battery but in few seconds my mobile is switched off. again switch on phon show 0%battery. Why?

its the right time to get a new battery fixed

check and close the apps that is draining your battery or give samsung permission to remotely chech your phone and identify the problem

turn on adaptive power saving option and enable the "put apps to sleep'' option
