My Samsung A15 recently started to drain battery even while charging, not to mention that when taking off the charger it still reports that its plugged in. When i charge on my laptop it charges fine and at times chargers fine with the charger head. This started 2 days ago
Go to your phone app and type *#9900# scroll down until you find Batterystats Reset. Click it and then press Exit at the bottom. Next restart your phone and your problem should be solved.
