battery drain very fast on new ugrade android 10

i am using galaxy a30 from last year, now i upgrade my device 9 to android 10.

after up gradation my galaxy a30 battery drain very fast. 9 pie is batter than android 10.

how can i downgrade my device a30?

1. Perform Battery Optimization: Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory
2. Adjust screen timeout settings: Settings> Display> Screen timeout> Select minimum screen timeout.
