I went to the samsung service centre in palghat, kerala. I went for the warranty of earphone which is bundled in the pack. They said to bring the smartphone and the bill for claiming warranty then i waited for a couple of hours and they said the warranty can't be claimed neither be replacad. The worst experience from samsung service.
