so for dictionary, if you haven't yet, do one thing
open chrome browser
type any word in search bar
long press on it
and check in 3 dot is there any dictionary option available, if available click on it it will direct you to dictionary then one icon will appear as dictionary after downloading supported files

go to manage section

now download languages as per your requirements, after that u will be able to use dictionary
