only INDIA AND I think NEPAL AND BANGLADESH DIDN'T GOT THE UPDATE WHEREAS ALL OTHER COUNTRIES GOT THE UPDATE EVEN DURING LOCKDOWN IN THOSE COUNTRIES

Bro, not only you but there are many users who are waiting for Android 10 update. At this point we don't even know when we'll get the update.

We don't know the exact reason but Samsung is saying it's because of lockdown. They could've started to roll it out in different phases to see if anyone is facing any issues. But they have all the updates suspended as no phone is getting one.
