"Always on display" is Screen resolution and Screen technology based feature. Samsung generally provides this feature on their "HD+" resolution and "Amoled screen" contained devices only.
Your device contains "Amoled screen" but the resolution isn't "HD+" that's why it doesn't have "AOD" feature.
