about software update

Sir/madam am sandeep here , my phone is samsung a31 1 year phone.. its showing to update software,  when I update overall 1 gb software update, my wil turn off and then again it wil on bt after that showing like failed software update. Contact samsung service care.. please i hope u wil  solve this issues soon..

I would ask you to download Smart switch from Galaxy store in your phone and also download and install Smart switch on your PC.

Windows:

https://www.samsung.com/global/download/smartswitchwin/

macOS:

https://www.samsung.com/global/download/smartswitchmac/

And then try updating using Smart Switch.

If it fails even after that, then visit a service center.

Please tell me how many time slowmo present in samsung a31 please add slowmo in this device please please please I request to you please tell me. I bought samsung a31 one month ago and yesterday software updated and slowmo nothing and only improvements in security feature please  add slomotion
