I have to place my finger a little bit hard to recognize my fingerprint.

Is it a software problem or is it a hardware problem?

this is the problem of all a series... to remove this prob... go for s series... either u delete ur fingerprint and recapture it to use.. it will work

No..not all A Series..I am an user of A7 2018 and fingerprint sensor works excellent.
