a7 phone lock not working

Samsung galaxy a7 recent update is having a lots of bug. Phone lock option isn't working at all also after recent update phone is working very slow.

Disabke the smart lock option

it's already disabled. the thing is when I am enabling screen lock type it asks for a pin after entering pin it isn't proceeding. further. same error I am getting while face recognition and fingerprint lock.
