Galaxy A2. Choose Connections 3.Enter Data usage.
4. Wi-Fi/mobile data usage (which one u want).
5. Choose an apk( which one u want to restrict).
6.Deactivate Allow background data usage.

It will manually disable all the apps added. Those will not at all run in background and can not use any data.
