The phone is closing apps and shutting down stating overheating issues. This occurs everyday with normal applications. 
The phone is very cold when you touch it, still the issue has been occurring frequently.

Did the issue start after an update or installation of an app or something??

no suddenly when I was using youtube it closed all the apps , and shutdown

Try factory reseting the phone once and if the issue still persists, I would advise you to get your phone flashed at Samsung care. It should 99% solve your issue.
