a50 slow charging

yesterday i bought new galaxy a50 ..Charging time too slow..15% in 1.5hr..anyone face dis type issue..? Koi solution hai iska

there is fast charging option in battery setting, but in normal mode also it is not charging that slow you should go to service center. higher chances is charger is not working properly or may be type c port
