a50 over heating message

So I have A50 for one year  now it has been giving me overheating message and shutdowns automatically for 1 or 2 hours and pricess often repeats even when phone is cold. How to sort this issue.

1. Are you charging with your original charger?

2. Did you install any very demanding app or game? Or did you do anything else such as rooting your device?

3. Check: do you have any pending system updates? If yes, download & install them.

4. Check: lower your power mode to medium power saving & see if this helps.

5. You could consider resetting your phone to see if it resolves the problem. If not, you have to reach out to Samsung Support.
