Display damage ,I don't know how display damaged,but I did not drop my mobile,just I place for charge after charging lines on display.how can it happen and how I can resolve this. After android 10 update battery draining
Just keep the device turned off for some time and check, might be due to leaking static energy. Also, if service centers are open, get your device checked if the issue is not resolved.
I've faced the same issue. it is like purple tint which starts to spread from one side of the phone to the other. Visit your nearest service center immediately. Also, it is not covered under warranty.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Adjust the brightness Settings > Display > Adjust the brightness.
2. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon. Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.
