Help Samsung
Please if any admin is reading, the battery drain issue in a50 is worst after October update.
If I keep phone idle only then battery is not draining. But the minute I turn the screen on, battery starts discharging by 1% every 45 second!
I am not heavy user. I don't have any games on my phone. I have limited social media app and watch few videos. I don't use AOD and turned off auto brightness. My Bluetooth and wifi are switched on only when I need. But still battery keeps draining.
Please fix this issue. Maybe in order to improve connectivity, they've compromised with battery life?
Please fix this asap.

When you report about it, they have a typical msg if turning off background data, turn off gesture support, turn off syncing, turn off wifi, turn off data, turn off aut brightness.....but these all thing everyone knows and we have already done most of it, still there is no much improvement. I could go longer on battery even after all these things turned ON when I was on August update. On this October's update even after doing everything turnning off always on display etc steps..the battery dies so quickly. There is a serious fault in this update. SAMSUNG PLEASE GIVE A FIXING UPDATE.

yes, you're right. And to ask customer to turn off everything is ridiculous. What's the point of having a smart phone if we've to use it as a feature phone?
