- Battery optimization:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Kindly send us the screenshot (which apps are consuming most of the battery).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Same on the samsung a51 ive been noticing extreme battery drain even after replacing the battery, my phone is completely optimised with most apps (also system) disabled, all my apps are being put to deep sleep airplane mode on most of the time and medium power saving mode on 24/7 all due to that dumb october update the phone used to last about two days and now it has to be charged twice a day.this update has also distorted sound of some games so far ive tried almost everything like turning off background processes having all apps in the rare standby state and ive also done multiple resets which somehow only fix the ptoblem for about two hours before reverting. I am very displeased, please fix thus issue so that im not forced itno buying another phone.
