some times my phone display stuck.not fully stuck,only keypad touch,sending ,selecting etc.then I have toch in other portion and came back to stuck portion its working.its not continuously. but some time I face this complaint

First remove cover of mobile then try
If not working reset your phone (only reset settings). settings- general management - reset - reset settings.
If not working contact nearest samsungs service centre

am talk to service center.and check.but not find this problem in service center technician. because this complaint not continuously.

Try to open in safe mode
Long press on power button, then you see power off and restart and emergency mode.
long press on power off you will see safe mode click on this your phone will open in safe mode. in safe mode you only use your system apps.
use your phone in safe mode maximum 1 hour. In this hour you can't see your problem that means you want to Format your phone. ( Please keep your file backup before Format phone).
