To assist you further, follow these steps:
1. Settings -> General management -> Reset -> Reset all settings -> reset.
2. Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
3. Go to the Settings => select Device Care =>Optimize now.
4. Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > Reset.
5. Go to setting => apps => any app you having the issue with => storage => clear cache.
