After the latest phone update to OneUI 3.1 and Android 11, YouTube stopped working. The app opens, but no contents load. How can I fix this issue?

I had cleared cache immediately after I noticed the issue. I have uninterrupted network connection via Asianet Broadband. I have also tried to start app using Vodafone-Idea 4G internet also. However, YouTube app does not work. I have noticed the web version works via browser. And, YouTube app works on other devices I use over the same WiFi (Asianet Broadband).

Go to play store and update Chrome and Android system web view..(it will take sometime)..
or
else go to settings>apps>Android system webview>click 3 dots at top>uninstall latest updates

(check if Android system webview is causing this issue)
