I was having the same problem repeatedly in my phone. Then I sent the log file to customer care and see what they replied. I don't know what cheap drugs these customer support people take.

Don't waste your time by sending an error report via the members app. They don't don't even know anything. Also, language problem. They simply do cut copy-paste
