The observation of my last 1 month regarding the repair of my Galaxy A52s 5G of the Samsung India towards the Customer is worst:-
  1. The Samsung India never thoughts about the trust, believe & satisfaction of the customer though the customer has no fault & was a fan of Samsung products/ smart phones. As because I had purchased the mobile on 14th March, 2022 and after the use of 2 years the Bluetooth, Wifi & Network of my mobile stopped functioning after the update of the security of OS because the processor of the mobile stopped functioning as per the statement of the Service center. If the processor of Samsung like smartphone could not last for more than 2 years then whose fault was this?
  2. The Samsung India is only thinking about the Profit & money making though the Customer has given profit by purchasing Samsung products for last 10-12 years.
  3. The after sale support is very poor because the Samsung India thinks that the customer is only a product to them, just like use & through policy. The Samsung India has no emotion towards their Customer. Because, I was just forwarded from one hand to another hand during the last 0ne month by the Samsung India.
  4. The attitude and the way of talking with customer of the Customer Experience Manager of the Samsung India are worst. They talked with the customer like that the customer was nothing to them. Specially, I was very upset while the talking with the Customer Experience Manager, Sri Ramen Kumar, as because during the talking he had showed so much attitude and the way of talking to me, has bound me to feel that I had done big mistake after purchasing the Samsung Smartphone.
  5. Arrogance/ Egoism of the Samsung India is so much as a market leader that this was reflected during the dealing of the customer problem where the problem of a customer was potty. Because after 1 month of discussion regarding the repair of my mobile, the Samsung India has not given importance towards the prayer of mine though I had never thought for a single time to purchase any Samsung product for the last 10-12 years and also provided profit by purchasing the product as because I just loved the Samsung product and was trust, believe & satisfaction towards the Samsung products and their after sale support.
