Worst Experience from Samsung India

I am Using my 5th Samsung Smartphone.

Samsung has released Security patch and One Ui 2.1 more then 60 countries but not in India.

Samsung is releasing 2 phones every months but no future updates.

Samsung always promise provide update but not fullfil his promise.

Samsung India Customer care is very cheap and they has no any knowledge. They are like Uneducated. 

I will switch to other brands and also suggest my Friends and family not to buy Samsung Phones any more. Their after sale Service is very very worst.

I think update will roll out soon for s10 lite, as yesterday i received update for samsung A50

I prefer you not to go with Redmi because they are same as Samsung
They also lauch too many phones & can't handle the updates of those devices.
They only provide updates in China. And in India they provide update for flagship phones only.

Agree with ur post 100% They just want to keep selling new phones and dont have any responsibilty towards existing customers who are unhappy. Worst company ever. I wish I had bought any other brand phone rather than Samdung !!!! #worstservice
