About a week ago, while trying to print a document from my phone I discovered that my WiFi is not working, I tried sending the document to my laptop; using the Bluetooth. It still didn't switch on. So my logic said I must restart the device, it kept on restarting for about a day and a half then I resorted to hardsetting with the key combination, it still didn'twork - even after I received the UI 6.1 update and the first 6.1 patch update.
