Will the Samsung Galaxy A06 get OneUi 8.5?

Because of the one ui 8.5 is a part of one ui 8, the a06 will get one ui 8.5 i guess.

Yes a06 will get the update maybe in the third quarter of the year or later

Yes definitely will get. But not in April most probably in June end or July.
