Specifications is only the second thing. The phone's year is important. A9 pro(2016) would have got 2 updates till 2018. so no more updates.. J7 pro was launched in 2017, so its last update will be on 2019.

every mid range phone only gets two major android updates and A9 pro (2016) is done with that.
