Wifi issue and Phone is choppy

I have experiencing wifi issues in Android 12 in Samsung a32 . When phone is Ìdle for 2 3 minutes it automatically disconnect the wifi and showed wrong password. But when you tap on the wifi network it connects again . And after the uodate phone became choppy . Experiencing lag . No response from customer service.  Help me fix it

I'm just like you bro 🤝. We're both on a same path. I also contacted samsung customer service and they are not taking it seriously. I called them twice a day and they always say " Remote Management Service will contact you in 2-4 days" but they haven't contacted me yet. Sooo, the only way i can help you is, pray to god to bless us 🤲

Power off your phone after 5 seconds then press volume up and power button after some time recovery mode open then select wipe cache option by pressing volume down button then ok by power button after clearing cache press power button to reboot your phone
