I think it might be a connection problem. Try again after some time or contact Samsung Helpdesk for more information on above telephone number.

Did u buy the phone officially from Samsung or a 3rd party seller? If so the warranty might not be updated by the seller. Either way if u have a bill of purchase, the warranty can be claimed with no problem 😊
