Why it started using data if WiFi not sending data

How to stop data to be used when connected to WiFi if WiFi is bad it started using data pls guide

If you turn on this option, you data will be switched and used automatically as your wifi is no more stable. When Wifi will be stable again then your data usage will be terminated and shifted to wifi automatically.
