Why can't I use Samsung Pass on my Galaxy A13?

I have been trying to download Samsung Pass and it doesn't want to download on my phone. I also need the convenience of going cardless.

Samsung pass is the password manager. Samsung wallet is the app for nfc card. Also check if 1)your model supports Samsung wallet and 2) if you bank supports it as well
