Why Samsung didn't give inbuilt screen recorder in Galaxy A51 which currently costs Rs. 23999 ( is a premium midrange device)?

Even Galaxy A50 which currently costs Rs. 12999 on Flipkart ( is a midrange device) got this after One Ui 2 update.

Samsung give it as fast as possible.

Midrange devices have more market value than the flagships in India.
