The dual whatsapp using dual messenger option in Samsung A52S is not working properly. Any media file such as video, auido, image or pdf files unable to open in dual messenger whereas it is working perfectly fine primary whatsapp. Not even able to see the status of others and send media filea to others. I uave been reporting same issue form the day started using my mobile, but unlucky me didn't get fix yet. When google this issue, many users are facing issue, which mean it is a critical issue. Still samsung is not interested to fix it. Sometimes they wont even accept there is lapse from their side. I was using Redmi phone before, where these functionality working exceptionally good. I don't whag is pulling Samsung from fixing thia issue. As per their advertisement on A52S, they have guaranteed 3 year software update, but they are not able to fix it. Can i go to Consumer Court and file cheating against samsung?

I don't know whether you have gone through my issue correctly. This issue is already known to Samsung. MOST OF THE USERS ARE FACING IT. I have already raised this concern via error report, but no luck. This is not something crasbing. This is something Samsung phone is not capable do.
