After one ui 4.1 update speaker sound have been reduced by samsung. I heard that samsung give the update for making slow your old phone because nobody will purchase new phone you know what currently have been launched new A52s or A53 . This is strategy for business so I really request to the samsung please fix this issue asap in security update.

1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.
3. Check device volume settings: Apps> settings> sound & vibration> volume> Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
4. Check mute all sound options: Apps> settings> accessibility> hearing enhancements> Disable mute all sounds (if enabled).
If your issue will be not resolved, Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report). Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.

Are you serious what are you saying that to take screenshot or collect log file of the speaker sound that doesn't make sense that can be fixed by onley security update because of sound was reduced by previous security update right so please inform your samsung's developer.
