Why Google play is not working in most of the Samsung phone??

I am have switched to Samsung since last month..I  have been experiencing new apps from Google play are not downloading..I feel fishy about Samsung has its own play station and purposely doing it

Clear cache memory of google play store, then restart, download hopefully will start. This is common problem.

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
