When samsung going to launch one ui 3.1 in Pakistan

Did anyone have idea when Samsung Galaxy a51 gets one ui 3.1 update in Pakistan or in United Arab Emirates.?

Ohh but in march it gets one ui 3.0 not 3.1

A31 on 21st May got android 11 and One UI 3.1 instead of 3.0
