You'll have to flash it manually through Odin

You can also use Smart Switch on PC to trigger an update. Only use Odin if you know what you're doing, other than that use Smart Switch on PC, or take it to a Samsung service centre

My A14 hasn't received updates too, even with Smart Switch, it says the phones up to date, I'm yet to try Odin, what's with phones not receiving updates though?

It's possible Samsung has, unintentionally, paused updates to focus on One UI 8.5. If your phone is carrier locked to, say Vodacom or MTN, they may also be delaying updates for their own reasons

It's no longer supported... So you can't get one ui7 or android 15

??? It's absolutely still supported. The A55 is scheduled to receive atleast 4 year of os updates.
