The Samsung Galaxy A16 is eligible for the One UI 8 update (based on Android 16). According to the rollout schedule, the update was slated for “October / November 2025” for Galaxy A16 globally. However - if you haven’t yet received it, this is normal: rollout is gradual, region-by-region and carrier by carrier.
What you can do:
Go to Settings → Software update → Download & install to check manually. Make sure your phone is fully charged, connected to WiFi, and has enough storage. If still not available, you may wait a few more weeks or visit your local Samsung service/region-update forum to check for your country’s specific schedule.
