Can anyone help me, on the second whatsapp why I am not able to see the contact list when on the first whatsapp it's showing.

please help me

you need to give the permission

put in off mode (contact selection ) options in then you can refresh contacts in dual app

no no u go to dual messanger setting and off the select separate contacts that's all
