Galaxy A30 media files not downloading in whatsapp.but consuming internet data.
Samsung max is consuming extremely high internet data. remote was given but no result.happenned after device software update.
Problem is since last 13 days.
Kindly resolve immediately

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
