Does Samsung gives a **bleep** about the Feedback? I mean battery is worst optimized and Device Care is a bad joke.Why? You can't optimize the battery by yourself, there are no "tools" for a better Battery Care like "Battery Doctor" or something like that.
Or lack of Security features they should give. Oh there is Galaxy Labs or Samsung's Max VPN but why can't they make Device Care a all-in-one Suite with everything a user needs?
A friend told me that Xiaomi's Mi Security is very well packed where Samsung's Device Care is kinda empty on features.
I guess everyone wants everything I mentioned above, also best example is the Suggestions and Ideas I made for One UI 2.0 I made in my previous topic
My question is: Is Samsung worse at Feedback listening? I think they don't even read these forums or consider someone's Feedback.
