What's up voice recording issue

Hi I buy this smart phone Samsung A54 and after few days I face the issue when I am sending voice messages on what's up application no sound available I sent 10 messages but 3 or 4 have no voice ..how can I fix it please 🙏

The same issue in my A54, I suspect it all happened after updating to the new firmware, and before this update, there was no issue.

Yes last month software update and I didn't face issue again...now all ok ALHAMDOLILLAH 👌 👍
