Weird problem

Hey guys, so was using an a12 for 2 years before it froze completely and could not respond to touch.....I thought it was a screen change needed but I decided to sell the device as I couldn't use the phone I then bought an a14 but it also started behaving the same way as my old phone the same day i bought it...when I freezes I would have to force restart....on my old device I tried everything until factor reset which didn't work...now I don't know what's the issue aint no way 2 different models of phones can have the same problem

It's weird Indeed. Is there not an app with serious bugs you're installing

My apps library is almost bare bones now, plus I also removed the SD card but still happens my storage is 64gb but I've only used 22gb

Do you perhaps have a cover on your device? If so, please remove it and check if the issue persists.

Okay when it happens again I'll remove it and observe

Update: still no improvement, I put an alarm and it missed it went to tap the screen only for it to behave the same way again...I have to force restart again
