My lock screen has recently degraded, as above. I've used this for a few years and it was fine until recently. I've been on an online chat with Samsung. They suggested doing a Soft Reset and clear the cache, which I've done, but it made no difference.
Samsung's next suggestion is a Factory Reset, which I haven't tried yet.
Apart from the lock screen, everything else seems perfect. The home screen is fine and the screens in all apps are fine. This is the only fault.
If I turn off the Lock Screen, I get a perfect blank, black screen. However I would like to have the time visible again.
