Warranty of my online purchased mobile

Hi

It's first time I purchased Samsung mobile. Actually my brother purchased online and gifted me. When I unboxed it so it has a Warranty card upon which it is written that "Date Of Purchase: to be filled by service center".

What to do now?

2ndly, Like other smartphones, is there any E Warranty of Samsung smartphones?

U also check online how remaing warranty.All A series cell same warranty card .
