Can someone guide me how to check remaining warranty of my Samsung a32?

Samsung provide 1 year of warranty
You can calculate it from date of 1st call made
Go to settings
Select about phone
Select status information
You can see date of 1st call

What should we do if we buy a new phone but warranty shows it's already started? Is there any way to complain anywhere or should we return the phone from where we bought it and take the money back?
