Galaxy A1. Check compatibility: Samsung Wallet card support depends on your country and bank. Not all banks/issuers are supported yet. You can confirm on Samsung’s official Wallet support page for your region.
2. Update apps: Make sure both Samsung Wallet and Samsung Pay Framework (via Galaxy Store & Play Store) are updated.
3. Check phone settings:
Go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Wallet → Storage → Clear cache & data, then try again.
Ensure NFC is enabled.
4. Network & account: Confirm you’re signed in with your Samsung Account and connected to the internet.
5. Contact bank: If your card is listed as supported but still not working, your bank may need to activate Wallet support on your account.
6. Last option: Reach out via Samsung Members → Support → Error reports, so the Wallet team can check your logs.
In many cases, the issue is simply that the bank/region hasn’t yet enabled Samsung Wallet.
