WTF is this app?

I don't know from where this Airtel app has come. It can't even be disabled or uninstalled. It also serves no purpose. Does anybody else also has this kind of crap in their phone?

many app pre installed but some app create icon and some app not ... such as WiFi calling , call+, wallet service(Chinese company/ region locked), Blue light filter etc ... appear only on home screen or running background until main service (samsung) or 3rd party service (SIM service provider or partner) triggered/ and started/ launch service officially in region or worldwide.
