WHEN WILL A30 , A50 , A70 AND ALL OTHER A SERIES DEVICES GET ONE UI 2.1 UPDATE

See it's simple and clear we users of A series have paid money not just for hardware but for software and firmware update services .

From last two months m series devices have received one ui 2.1 core version update even though being of budget series so it's highly expected that even we should be provided with the update .

Contacting the samsung support for the same is useless they give us link and direct here to the 'notices' section and on more inquiry they forward chat to senior or make a call and all this is in vain with an answer of 'we don't know' ......

SAMSUNG pls listen and understand that it's not about complaining and outrage from customers ....

If we were to do so we would have quit samsung and go for other brands but we aren't protesting against you , it's that we are attached to samsung , we respect you and we know that SAMSUNG their customers tooo . 

We are raising the consern of the update of ONE UI 2.1  and we will appreciate if we are given the update . We know it's pandemic 5time and workers at Samsung are working tirelessly to provide quality service to their customers , and thus we are ready to wait but atleast tell us :- 

1) WHEN WILL WE GET ONE UI 2.1 UPDATE.

2) LIST OF DEVICES WHICH WILL GET THE UPDATE.

The update has many features which are highly needed like samsung keyboard translation , wireless DeX , single take , gallery features , optimised ui and glitch free processing , AR Zone and many more ..

These things are requested from samsung to be provided to A series devices

nice, but we can't do anything we only request and all things is dependent on Samsung they soon give update. I want ui 3.0 till December in all A series

see, samsung said that all the phones which are eligible to get one ui 3.0 will be either update to ui 2.1 or ui 2.5
