I am currently using Samsung galaxy A71, while watching videos on YouTube, Facebook or on browser after a couple of minutes the voice start decreased, i just pause the video and swap to home page and after visit the video the sound quality gets normal, I have updated my mobile to the latest security update whuch is June-21 but the issue remains.
Dies any one guides me is this a software issue or a hardware??
